If only I could get back to training hard but no, I’ve been diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia. And it’s bad. I want to sleep all day. I lost 3 kgs of muscle. I’m paler than Casper. I’ve lost my appetite. Ah, the road to recovery.
It’s so hard to consistently post on tumblr. I forget it even exists. Anyway. I just measured at 17% body fat. I’m not competing and I don’t have a deadline for getting to a certain body fat level. I’m taking my time so that my results will be sustainable in the long run. No bikini seasons, no off seasons. No bulks and cuts. No extreme dieting. Just slow and steady. As of right now, 17% is completely sustainable. I’m not cutting carbs and getting in 1700-2000 calories a day.
