How to eat (decently) clean at the Cheesecake Factory. Ok I know there’s a lot of food on the plate but it’s mostly greens. This is a chicken tostada salad (regular menu, not skinnylicious), no dressing, no sour cream, extra chicken and I added brown rice to it. I asked for their skinnylicious vinaigrette on the side. Getting my calories in.
Post birthday week. Celebrated my bday 4 times! Each time included at least 1 of the following: cheesecake, alcohol, burger, pizza, pizza, pizza, alcohol. All of which is now stuck on the back of my thighs. Which I’m perfectly fine with. I like to go all out on special occasions, which are very, very rare for me. Back to eating right and high intensity training and I should be back to normal.
I’d love to ride the stationary bike (only at high resistance) or run stairs because my legs looooove it but my knee is being a bitch. So sprints, jump squats and lunge jumps it is.
Think long term not short term. Long term goals = sustainable results. Don’t do it for prom, spring break or your wedding. Do it for the rest of your life. Steady progress = no starve-binge cycle, no moving backwards and therefore no demotivation.
